Sur Mer is dedicated to customer service and satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it for a credit note or refund.
If for any reason, your purchase is not quite right, you are welcome to return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items received outside this period may not be accepted.
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like to swap into a new size or style, please return your order for a credit note and place a new order.
All items must be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed with swing tags in place. Due to health regulations garments that are soiled, marked, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted.
No refunds or exchanges on final sale items. Final sale items can be returned for a credit note only. Full priced items purchased with a discount code or temporary promotion code are not considered “final sale” and can be returned as usual.
